Ampem Darkoa Wins Against Huracanes

Ghanaian representative, Ampem Darkoa ladies have qualified to the knockout stages of the CAF Women’s Champions League.

The Ghanaian Champions defeated Huracanes in the final group B matches to book a place in the semi-finals of the CAF Competition held at Ivory Coast.

Tracy Twum scored a superb free-kick to give Ghana a narrow lead into the half time break.

She scored again in the 72nd minute to give Ghana a two goals lead.

A goal from Gnabegkan Nyayimaya in the 88th minute of the game, a consolation goal late in the game for Huracanes ended the game 3-1 for Ampem Darkoa ladies.

The win qualifies the Ghanaian Champions to the semi – final stage of the 2023 CAF Women’s Champions League.
