Chelsea Defeats Inconsistent Medeama SC

Berekum Chelsea was able to claim their third straight win of the season with a clean sheet against inconsistent defending champions, Medeama SC.

It was a cagy encounter but the blues managed a 1 – 0 win against the defending champions on Sunday afternoon.

The win keeps Chelsea at the fourth position on the league log for at least one more week.

Stephen Amankona scored the only goal of the game on the 23rd minute of the game.

Medeama could not take advantage of their home grounds as they remain 5th on the league log with Chelsea staying at the 4th position. Both teams have accumulated 16th points.

Truth be said, Chelsea deserves the win as they played so well and won possession as well.
