Christian Lokko, coach of Skyy FC has downplayed the performance of Dreams FC after their MTN FA Cup semi- final game at Abrabkese at the Dr. Kwame Kyei sports stadium.
Dreams FC has qualified for their first ever FA Cup final after defeating Skyy FC by 2 – 1, on Saturday in a game where Skyy FC had more possession.
Dreams FC scored two goals in the first half of the game through Sylvester Simba and Aliu Huzaif who got the first and second goals respectively, before Skyy FC had a consolation goal in the second half.
Despite the Defeat, coach Lokko feels very proud of his charges and believe they played better on the day.
He said in a post match interview with StarTimes, “if you want real football, we played real football. Division 1 and they are in premier division but if you are from outside and you don’t know, you will say we are rather the premier side. We played better, we are not disgraced, ” he said.
