Heart of Lions have made a significant change of the home grounds in the ongoing Ghana Premier League.
Due to the spillage of the Akosombo Dam, which has affected life at the Volta Region, the Kpando club has been forced to move their home grounds from Sogakope to the Hohoe Sports Stadium.
Since the spillage of the dam, heart of Lions has faced numerous atrocities as their training routine and home grounds has been raided and this has affected their results to some extent in the GPL.
Due to this situation, the Ghana Football Association took a bold decision to postpone their premier league match against Accra Hearts Of Oak.
The club has therefore relocated to the Hohoe Sports Stadium on a temporary basis.
Heart of Lions is currently on the 14th position on the league log after drawing all five games played so far.
