Hooliganism Taking Center Stage In Ghana Football

Hooliganism In Ghana Football

Hooliganism was the order of the day at Abrankese during the Ghana Premier league match day six fixture between Nations FC and Kumasi Asante Kotoko.

Many sections have called for the offenders of this act of hooliganism to be dealt with by the law.

The unruly behavior on the part of some fans halted the game for about 10 minutes.

Cases of hooliganism was recorded at Dawu during the game between Dreams fc and Medeama and also at Dormaa between Aduana FC and Great Olympics, where Olympics goal keeper had a knock.

At Tamale, Bofoakwa Tank had a 0-0 draw against Karela United and the players had to leave the field by a police escort.

These incidents have eclipsed the league discussion and the leaders at the Ghana Football Association must take immediate action to curb this canker.
