Mexican boxer Saul Canelo Alvarez retains super middle weight titles with a round 7 win

Mexican boxer,Saul Canelo Alvarez dropped his American opponent Jermell Charlo in round 7 following a unanimous decision to retain his undisputed WBA,WBC,IBF and WBO Super middle weight world titles with the 3 judges scored the bout – 119-108,118-109,118-109 in favour of Canelo Alvarez.

The bout came off at the iconic T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas,Nevada ,USA the city which is always nocturnal and doesn’t sleep .

Canelo Alvarez showed his class once again as he made a firm statement by not traveling to the 12 th round and dropped Charlo in round 7 showing his superiority

Quite interesting both boxers shared the same boxing style (orthodox) prior to the fight with Charlo having the height advantage over Canelo however the Mexican showed his class and proved his mettle with his experience as a boxer who had swam through the deep waters among sharks in his career and using his full fledged experience to his advantage.
